Returns

- To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Certain products (e.g., perishable goods, digital downloads, custom or personal items, hygiene-related items) may not be eligible for return. This will be stated on the product page.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
