Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Certain products (e.g., perishable goods, digital downloads, custom or personal items, hygiene-related items) may not be eligible for return. This will be stated on the product page.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@lucydownz.com before returning the item.
